Sino-Foreign Controlling Forum
Controlling in the Age of Hyper-Competition

Hyper-competition in China is no longer a theoretical development – it is already shaping the day-to-day business of international companies. Competitive advantages are disappearing faster, local competitors are rapidly catching up, AI-driven innovations are changing established controlling models, while geopolitical tensions and disruptions to supply chains are adding to the uncertainty.
How can companies manage risks in this environment, make sensible use of artificial intelligence and secure growth and profitability? What role do modern controlling, business partnering and digital transformation play in this?
Discuss these questions together with finance & controlling executives, experts and controlling-oriented managers at the 2026 Sino-Foreign Controlling Forum on June 26 in Suzhou. We look forward to welcoming you on site!
