The Controller Conference Switzerland 2026 will focus on current trends and future key topics. Experience new food for thought, lively debates and dialog with experts from practice and science. The CTS – Controller Conference Switzerland has been organized annually by the Swiss work groups of the International Association of Controllers (ICV) since 1990, since 2017 together with the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ. Together, we combine practical experience with the latest research findings and make this knowledge available to controllers and practitioners interested in finance.
Increased demands on controlling in times of upheaval
At a time when markets are largely exhausted, technological developments are progressing at high speed and business models are becoming increasingly multifaceted, controlling has a greater responsibility than ever: as a navigation aid in phases of upheaval, as a driver of change processes and as a connecting element between strategic orientation and operational realization.
The Controller Conference Switzerland 2026 creates a framework for dialog on key financial management issues – from the use of smart automation solutions and the new requirements of IFRS 18 to the importance of controlling in crisis situations and in the structural change of entire industries and markets.
Experienced financial experts will provide insights into their practice, share proven approaches to success and shed light on challenges that many of us face. In addition to in-depth specialist presentations, there will be ample opportunity for personal exchange as well as new ideas and inspiration.

The Controller Conference Switzerland is organized by the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ in cooperation with the Swiss work groups of the International Association of Controllers ICV. The aim is to combine practical experience with current developments in controlling and to make this knowledge accessible to participants.
