GTS – Health Care Conference Switzerland (in German)
We invite you to the GTS – Health Care Conference Switzerland on May 12, 2026

The financial situation of many health care institutions remains tense: Costs are rising, tariffs are sluggish, investment scope is narrowing. At the same time, the pressure of expectations regarding quality, resilience, transparency and transformation is growing. Anyone with responsibility in this mixed situation – in finance, controlling, corporate development or operational management – needs more than just clean reporting. What is needed is the ability to manage: the ability to prepare and prioritize decisions under uncertainty and to anchor them effectively throughout the organization.
This is exactly where the Health Care Conference Switzerland 2026 comes in. On Tuesday, May 12, 2026, the community will meet at the OST Campus Rapperswil for the symposium of the ICV Sector Work Group Health Care. The program is deliberately designed as a forum for decision-makers: compact, practical and dialogue-oriented – with enough space for exchange at eye level.
Central perspectives will be brought together in three keynotes.
New 2026: TARDOC & outpatient flat rates in a practice check.
In a compact impulse followed by a moderated Q&A, we will take a look at what has actually changed in billing and processes since the introduction of TARDOC (01.01.2026) – and where the biggest points of friction between hospital practice and payer logic arise today.
- René Heule (CFO ASANA Group) shows how controlling is changing in hospital management: away from pure reporting and towards active capacity, performance and results management under tariff and cost pressure.
- Reto Greber (Swiss Paraplegic Foundation/Group) sheds light on how business intelligence and controlling become a management infrastructure – and what it takes to ensure that management cockpits not only exist, but are actually used in day-to-day management.
- Isabelle Arndorfer broadens the horizon with an unusual but highly relevant perspective: under the title “Corporate governance under pressure”, she shows what healthcare organizations can learn from central banks about supervision, responsibility and crisis resilience.
- Manuel Schmid (Parametrix HPC GmbH) brings in the tariff and process perspective: What TARDOC and outpatient flat rates change in everyday life, how rejections become a control variable – and which levers along the billing and process chain really help.
One highlight is the moderated fishbowl “Controlling emergency admission”: Participants bring in real cases from everyday life, which are processed live in a structured manner. The result: concrete options for action and practical management impulses that can be taken directly back to your own organization.
The conference is aimed at financial managers and executives from hospitals/clinics, as well as stakeholders from Spitex, insurance, medtech, consulting and healthcare services. Anyone who not only wants to discuss management issues but also improve them will find a forum with substance here – supported by the ICV in cooperation with the OST, with a clear practical focus and a strong network.
