Focus on controlling in the Austrian health care system
As the organizer, the Austrian Sector Work Group Health Care disseminates the topic of controlling within the Austrian health care sector on behalf of the ICV, discusses it on a theoretical and, above all, practical level and thus contributes to its further development. The primary purpose is to create transparency and objectivity and to lay the foundations for successful corporate management.
The annual ICV Forum Health Care Austria conference is intended to promote an informative exchange between controllers as well as general networking between controlling and other management functions.
The event has been held at the innovative Floridsdorf Clinic for several years now. It is one of the most modern hospitals in Europe.
