Work Group East China
Welcome to the ICV Work Group East China
The China Controlling Online Community (CCOC) is a combined online and offline platform that brings together finance and controlling managers, specialists and executives from the German-Chinese business world. Our goal is to share and practice the German-style controlling philosophy and concepts to promote outstanding business performance in China.
The platform was launched in November 2017 and is operated in strategic partnership with the ICV. It offers a unique platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience and best practices between German-Chinese experts.

With the CCOC as the “local home base” for the ICV Work Group East China, we organize:
- Regular salon events: Discussion rounds on current controlling topics in China.
- Annual conferences: For example, the “Sino-German Controlling Forum” in East China.
- Thematic workshops: Here, cross-industry project teams work on practice-oriented guidelines for specific local controlling challenges.
- Informal meetings: To get to know each other and network in the region.
