Controller Conference Switzerland 2025: Where is controlling heading?
The CTS – Controller Conference Switzerland has been organized annually by the Swiss work groups of the International Association of Controllers (ICV) since 1990, since 2017 together with the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ. Together, we combine practical experience with the latest research findings and make this knowledge available to controllers and practitioners interested in finance.
About the Controller Conference Switzerland 2025
At a time when markets are reaching their limits, technological developments are advancing rapidly and business models are becoming increasingly diverse, controlling has a central role to play: it provides orientation in phases of change, provides impetus for change processes and links strategic goals with operational reality. The Controller Conference Switzerland 2025 creates a space for professional exchange on the most important aspects of modern financial management – from the use of intelligent automation and new requirements due to IFRS 18 to the role of controlling in times of crisis and in the context of far-reaching industry changes.
Finance executives from various companies will provide practical insights, report on best practices and highlight challenges that many organizations are currently facing. In addition to in-depth specialist knowledge, the event offers ample opportunity for personal encounters as well as fresh ideas and impetus.

The Controller Conference Switzerland is organized by the Institute of Financial Services Zug (IFZ) together with the Swiss working groups of the International Controller Association (ICV).
