Monetary management in times of volatility and uncertainty (in German)

Volatile markets and increasing pressure to make decisions require deviations to be recognized, classified and managed at an early stage – without having to wait for the final month-end closing. The ICV Live Webinar shows how to move from a reactive gut feeling to a systematic early warning system: with multidimensional control logic, intelligent integration of actual, planned and forecast data, meaningful threshold values and triggers as well as AI-supported forecasts and “management closures”.
Target group: CFOs, heads of controlling and finance managers.
