If a manager says: “I don’t have time for leadership”, one question remains: who will do it?
Leadership always happens – consciously or unconsciously. If it is not actively shaped, it still happens. Just through others. And what you don’t invest in leadership often has to be corrected later with more management, more coordination and more control.
Especially in times of transformation, positive leadership is a decisive success factor.
The good thing about positive leadership is that it complements your existing management style. Not a radical change of style, but an update – like software.
