The Controller’s Guide to managing Cost of Complexity: How Modularization improves Financial Performance

ICV Live Webinar

We are living in very complex and volatile times with huge challenges for the businesses in Europe. Therefore it is extremely important to be able to manage this “perfect storm” and adapt the business to the new environment.

Complexity is one of the hidden cost drivers in today’s businesses. For controllers and finance professionals, managing complexity is key to securing profitability and competitiveness.

Modular product and process concepts offer a powerful lever: they reduce product cost, reduce complexity significantly, speed up time-to-market – while maintaining or even increasing product variety.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • How modularization strengthens financial performance,
  • How to identify and measure the cost of complexity,
  • How controllers can actively support strategic decisions with data-driven insights.

The session builds on insights from the North European Modularization Network (NEM), developed together with leading European companies.
