The speakers

Franziska Borghardt
Franziska Borghardt and Daniel Mittelstädt have been working in the finance sector for over 15 years – as managers, coaches and change facilitators. Both combine analytical strength with a deep understanding of human dynamics in organizations.
Franziska is a finance lead, coach and mom of three. Daniel is a business coach, communication trainer and father of two. Both know from their own experience: leadership in change needs more than just numbers – it needs attitude, clarity and empathy.
Together, they stand for a new understanding of leadership in controlling: human collaboration and empathetic leadership make organizations stronger, more resilient and more successful.
