Planning and reporting are among the central management tools in a company. In view of the increasingly dynamic market environment, the requirements are growing: External influencing factors must be taken into account promptly, plans must be adjusted flexibly and data must be analyzed in real time.

The live online symposium “Planning & Reporting” on June 26 is dedicated to these challenges. The event will present approaches for designing integrated and efficient planning processes, identifying risks at an early stage and using digital solutions in reporting. Selected practical examples will also be presented.

The aim of the symposium is to highlight current developments in the area of planning and reporting and to provide impetus for the future-oriented further development of these functions.
