We have been working together for many years and would also like to discover many new things with you as an interested, committed controller.
We always welcome new faces – we look forward to hearing from you.
- The aim of the Work Group Berlin-Brandenburg is to spread the controlling philosophy of the ICV e.V. in the region through continuous joint work. This work is based on the different experiences of the members and offers a platform for exchange “practitioners for practitioners”.
- The Work Group is primarily aimed at controllers from companies who are looking for further professional training but also want to share their own experiences.
- The Work Group focuses on the joint development of results that can be used in practice, rather than on the presentation of finished concepts.
- There are two Work Group meetings of 1-1.5 days per year, mainly in the Berlin area.
- The meetings are planned one year in advance. Conference venues and topics are determined by the Work Group members. The topics are prepared by the Work Group and presented at the Work Group meetings.
- Every year, the management team organizes around 4-6 theme evenings on current topics relating to controlling. These evening events take place in Berlin.
- The Work Group management team decides on the admission of new members based on the following criteria:
o Willingness to pay own contributions,
o Regular attendance,
o Membership of the ICV e.V. - The Work Group endeavors to reconcile the interests of the participants worthy of protection with the interests of publishing the results of the work. The basis for the practical, concrete discussions is openness while at the same time maintaining confidentiality.
All presentations are intended for publication. The slides of the “4 minutes” are excluded from this.
- Implementation of at least 3 management team meetings
- Organization/implementation of 2 Work Group meetings
- Organization/implementation of 4 theme evenings
- Organization/implementation of 2 WG regulars’ tables, plus drinking mulled wine together at the Christmas market
- Write and publish an article on each WG and each theme evening
- Recruitment of 2 new WG participants per WG meeting
- Recruitment of 2 new WG members for the WG-BB
- Permanent quality assurance of our WG events
- Have fun at our events!
