Sector Work Group Life Sciences

Welcome to the ICV Sector Work Group Life Sciences

Come along and experience for yourself how enriching our exchange can be. We look forward to seeing you!

The personal exchange of experience is a central component of our Work Group. We are aimed at controllers, CFOs and anyone interested in the specific financial issues of life sciences companies.

In addition to discussing current topics, we attach great importance to getting to know each other personally and networking. Socializing is an integral part of our meetings.

Become part of this special network and actively shape the exchange in the life sciences industry!

We meet twice a year for half-day Work Group meetings. The focus is on the special challenges in controlling and financial systems in the life sciences sector. The aim is to jointly expand our knowledge, analyze current problems and benefit from the experience of our members.

  • Setting topics: The topics are selected by the members themselves, so that we ensure that burning trends and problems are dealt with promptly.
  • Language flexibility: Our meetings are held in English or German, depending on the composition of the participants.

Our meetings usually take place at various companies and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This not only gives participants valuable insights into the host company, but also the opportunity to take part in a short company tour.

  • Personalized Health Care
The number of drugs that specifically combat a disease only for a certain group of people is constantly increasing. What are the best approaches for pricing such drugs?
  • Controlling Research and Development

  • Value Based Pricing
Pricing is influenced by the effectiveness of the medication.
  • Green controlling
