Welcome to the ICV Expert Work Group HR Controlling
Our mission
The Expert Group deals with all areas of HR controlling and works out its significance, also in comparison with other areas of the company. In this way, it contributes to the transparency of this area and its tasks.
To achieve these goals, we have developed an initial 11-point plan for our meetings. They take place every 3rd Thursday of the month from 16.00 to 17.00 (online) .

Our 11-point plan for HR controlling
HR controlling supports the analysis of current and future personnel requirements. It helps determine the optimal headcount for achieving the company’s goals.
Monitoring personnel costs to ensure that they are in line with the company’s objectives. This also includes analyzing personnel costs in relation to productivity.
Preparation of reports and analyses for management in order to make well-founded decisions in the area of human resources.
Measurement of own processes and own internal management.
Definition and monitoring of key figures that measure the performance and efficiency of HR processes and measures. These include, for example, the fluctuation rate, employee satisfaction or costs per employee.
Evaluating and planning training and development measures to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and qualifications to perform their duties effectively.
Comparison of HR performance indicators with industry standards or the performance of competitors in order to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Analysis of the effectiveness of recruiting measures, including the cost per new hire, the time to fill open positions and the quality of the employees hired.
Identification of key people in the company and implementation of measures for the long-term retention and development of talent.
Monitoring of working hours, absences and attendance to increase productivity and efficiency.
Promotion of diversity and equal opportunities in the company and monitoring of corresponding key figures.
