Success factors for the use of AI in companies: Survey results
In this study (2025), Prof. Dr. Sven Henning from Kempten University of Applied Sciences examined the key success factors for the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in companies. Based on a survey of management and controlling practitioners, trends and assessments regarding AI integration in controlling are presented.
The survey analyzes the potential of AI to increase efficiency, the role of controlling in the future and the importance of data quality and management commitment.
This publication offers changes and trends for companies that are preparing to implement AI or are already in the implementation phase.
