Key findings on the remuneration and assessment of controllers
WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management presents the latest results on the salary structure and performance assessment of controllers from the WHU Controller Panel 2024 study.
Total remuneration has increased compared to the previous year, with 55% of companies awarding bonuses based on financial targets. A modern multi-rater system has increased in the evaluation of employees, while the classic calibration process is used less frequently.
