Successful digital transformation in controlling
The current IGC study examines the use of digital tools and processes in corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting.
The results show that digital technologies offer a wide range of potential for increasing efficiency and effectiveness. Nevertheless, the current implementation in many companies falls short of the possibilities.
Backgrounds and recommendations for action for the digital transformation in controlling are analyzed and prepared.
