Increasing digital and agile skills for controllers
The survey of 71 Croatian companies in May 2022 showed that controllers’ digital and agile skills are at a low level.
The results show an average score of 3.0 for better digital and agile skills and underline the need to improve basic controlling processes.
In order to promote digital excellence, conceptual controller skills in particular must be strengthened and awareness of the importance of controlling increased.
