Assessing Competences of Future Controllers in Poland
In April 2022, an empirical survey was conducted in Poland to assess the level of competences of controllers of the future. This survey gathered insights from 141 respondents, highlighting various areas of competences.
Personal competences such as analytical thinking and problem-solving were rated highly by 63% of respondents. In contrast, management competences scored lower, with only 13% deeming them high.
The survey provides an overview of critical areas for controllers, including IT technology, analytics, and business acumen, providing a comprehensive view of the skills required for future success in the controlling field.
