Optimization of company valuation in controlling
The Expert Work Group Business Valuation of the International Association of Controllers (ICV) serves as a platform to promote cooperation and the exchange of experience in business valuation and controlling.
Since the “Valuation – Controlling/Accounting Interface” expert group was founded on November 25, 2014, the working group has focused on the ever-growing importance of valuation topics, particularly in relation to investment controlling, company acquisitions and the valuation of business processes.
The working group is headed by Prof. Dr. Georg Heni, supported by Stefanos Karagiannidis. Current topics such as the analysis of opportunities and challenges as well as specific issues relating to company valuation are discussed and best-practice solutions are developed.
