CAN – Controlling Advantage Now
Crash controlling – reacting systematically in the event of a crisis
Today, companies are increasingly required to react to unforeseen, sometimes dramatic events. How do you navigate through such a crisis? How can you prepare?
Four years after the flood disaster in the Ahr valley , we talk to those affected and want to discuss what companies and controllers can learn for themselves. How was the crisis managed? What conclusions were drawn for the future? What can companies learn from it in terms of crisis prevention and resilience ?
