New ICV Work Group Sweden founded

Kick-off on November 26, 2025

The International Association of Controllers (ICV) is pleased to announce the establishment of the Regional Work Group Sweden – the first ICV work group in Scandinavia!

The kick-off meeting takes place on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 16:00. With 16 participants from well-known companies and institutions such as Scania, Electrolux, Tetra Pak, Kronfogel, the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, UC, Lantmännen, Loomis, Good Change Consulting, Aldi, Takeda, Avanade, God Assistans and others, the Work Group will start with an impressive variety of experiences and perspectives.

The Work Group is headed by Dr. Peter Greiner, who took the initiative to found it in Sweden. The aim is to bring the ICV philosophy of modern controlling to Scandinavian practice, to build up a strong network of experts and to promote a regular exchange of experience.

As part of the kick-off meeting, participants will formulate their expectations and goals, define future topics and learn about the ICV controlling principles. The kick-off will be supported by Dragica Erculj, who has already set up numerous successful working groups in Eastern Europe and will share valuable insights into best practices and success factors.

With the founding of the Swedish Work Group, the ICV is expanding its network to Scandinavia and creating a new platform for knowledge transfer, joint further development and sustainable corporate management. The new Work Group thus makes an important contribution to the ICV vision of further developing controlling in an international context and actively shaping the future of corporate management.

Interested controllers from Sweden and Scandinavia are cordially invited to join the new working group or to find out more about the initiative.
