ICV General Meeting 2026
ICV sees itself as fit for the future
At the General Meeting on April 26, 2026 in Munich, the International Association of Controllers discussed key topics for the further development of the Association. The focus was on the reports for the 2025 financial year, the financial planning for 2026 and structural issues relating to the future direction of the Association.
The Executive Board, the Managing Director, the auditor and the Board of Trustees reported comprehensively on the past financial year and gave an outlook on the further development of the association. The content was then discussed with the members on site. The 2025 annual financial statements were adopted on the basis of the reports presented. In addition, the actions of the Executive Board, the auditor and the Board of Trustees were approved for the past financial year.
At the General Meeting, the election of the Executive Board from 2025 was also repeated for formal reasons and an amendment to the association’s articles of Association was discussed.
The meeting concluded with several motions submitted and the associated discussions. These related in particular to the financial and structural support of the work groups and their leaders, the further development of internal communication and transparency towards members, the provision and processing of results from member surveys and the evaluation and further development of the ICV website. The various topics were discussed in depth during the meeting.
The General Meeting was also used to honor dedicated members for their achievements and special commitment to the Association.
The next General Meeting takes place on April 25, 2027.
