Empowerment and networking for women in the ICV

We are pleased to introduce you to the newly established ICV Women’s Network – a platform dedicated to empowering and supporting ICV women in their professional and personal development. Our network is designed to provide you with a trusted community that promotes experience sharing, mentoring/coaching and professional development.

Our mission:

• Experience and knowledge exchange: Take advantage of our wide range of events such as lectures, workshops, network meetings and discussion groups.
• Mentoring and coaching: We are looking for experienced mentors and coaches to support your career planning and personal development or to help you overcome current challenges.
• Network and community: Make valuable contacts and build a strong network that will help you in your professional career.

Our target group: The Women’s Network is aimed at all women in the ICV. Men are also welcome to attend the events (there will also be general, gender-independent topics).

Our events: Our activities focus on topics such as self-confidence, appearance, leadership skills, emotional intelligence and work-life balance.
