Welcome to the ICV Work Group Warszawa
The Work Group Warszawa brings together people who are enthusiastic about controlling and want to continuously expand their knowledge and skills. As part of the International Association of Controllers (ICV), our Work Group offers the opportunity to exchange experiences and grow together. The Work Group was founded in 2005 and has since established itself as a platform for controlling professionals.
We welcome new members who share our passion for controlling and would like to enrich our network.

- Modern budgeting methods
- Working capital management – practical tips for controllers
- Neuromanagement and the further development of controller skills
- Discounting methods for project valuation
- Current methods of profitability analysis
- Strategic performance analysis
- Creation of a compact reporting format (“Only one page for reporting”)
- Strategy development with the Balanced Scorecard
- Lean approaches in controlling to increase efficiency
- Corridor planning
Our main aim is to bring together controllers from our region and anyone interested in the topic of controlling at our meetings. We attach great importance to practical content and the active participation of all participants.
Workshops are an essential part of our work, as we are convinced that they are the most effective method of imparting knowledge and exchanging experiences. Our meetings offer space for intensive exchange, creative solutions and the processing of specific issues.
