• Exchange of experience: promoting the exchange of information on day-to-day controlling topics and current financial and controlling issues.
• Practice-oriented problem solutions: Development of practicable approaches through short presentations, contributions from internal and external speakers, workshops and discussion rounds.
• Personal exchange: Creating space for informal discussions to establish personal contacts and strengthen networks.

We help each other and often stay in close contact for years. Our Work Group members regularly visit production companies; in 2018, there were factory tours at Kienle+Spiess in spring and at Hansgrohe in November.”
