Work Group Rhein-Neckar

Since spring 2024, the Work Group has been led by Marion Graefe and Sven Kraus as a co-management team. Together, we promote an open, trusting and inspiring exchange.

• Twice a year: specialist meetings on a Friday in March and November, each time at a member’s host company.
• Annual: An informal summer meeting with leisure activities such as barbecues, sports and relaxed conversations.

• Each meeting is dedicated to a current key topic.
• Suggested topics are submitted by the members and prioritized together.
• A preparatory team of three to four members develops the agenda and leads the event.

• Presentations by members and external speakers
• Workshops and group work
• Discussions on current case studies from practice

Our cooperation is based on mutual trust, openness and the joy of joint discussions. The Work Group not only offers space for professional development, but also for personal contacts and inspiring encounters.

• Heterogeneous membership structure: Our group brings together junior controllers, experienced managers and retirees from a wide range of industries.
• Practical relevance: Our meetings take place in companies that provide exciting insights into their specific tasks and business models. Plant or system tours are an integral part of our meetings.
• Open network: We welcome controllers from all sectors from the “Pfalz – Mannheim – Heidelberg – Karlsruhe – Pforzheim” region.
