The Work Group Pomorze, which began its activities in 2019, has a clear mission: we support each other for the benefit of the companies we work for and for our personal development.
The Work Group offers controllers and all interested parties a unique platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience and best practices. Here you can gain new perspectives, expand your skills and make valuable contacts.

During the meetings, the members of the working group discuss a wide range of issues that go beyond controlling and also relate to general business topics. These include
- Modern tools to support controller work, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Management of support projects in companies, for example in the areas of IT or ISO certification.
- Controlling in BPO, SSC and ITO outsourcing companies.
- Reporting and analytics: the interface between IT and controlling.
- Special features of the Pomorze region and opportunities for the economic development of companies.
- Strategic knowledge sources such as data science, machine learning and deep learning for controlling.
