The Work Group Ostbayern was founded in the fall of 2016, when it was still known as the Work Group Oberpfalz. Our aim is to offer interested parties from the eastern Bavarian region a platform for cross-industry and cross-company exchange on a wide range of controlling topics.
We cordially invite you to join our Work Group and benefit from our inspiring exchange. Contribute your topics and ideas, learn from the experiences of others and help us shape the future of controlling in Eastern Bavaria!
- Work group meetings: Every year, we organize two face-to-face meetings at which we deal intensively with a key topic.
- Regulars’ tables: We also meet several times a year for informal networking and exchange of experiences.
- Each meeting is dedicated to a key topic, which is explored in depth through presentations, discussions and group work.
- The topics and speakers usually come from our own circle. We ask ourselves:
- What are the current challenges in controlling?
- Where would we like input or insights into the experiences of other companies?
- What best-practice solutions can we contribute and discuss with others?
- Our meetings take place at different host companies, which not only give us access to their premises, but also provide us with insights into their business model and controlling. This enables us to exchange ideas across sectors and gain valuable benchmarking.
