Planning is a continuous and dynamic core process and an essential part of corporate management. It is like an ecosystem – constantly on the move. Keeping our finger on the pulse is what drives and motivates us in the Expert Work Group.
Our mission is to take planning to a new level and lead companies successfully into the future.
The mix of science, consulting, IT and practice drives us forward. Companies can benefit immediately from the practice-oriented examples and at the same time trust that the proposed solutions are state-of-the-art.
The aim of nextgen@planning is to support management and controllers in making well-founded decisions for their company:
- Forward-looking planning provides essential information in this regard.
- In a volatile environment, planning scores points if it is digital, agile, data-driven and sustainable.
- In this way, we can identify opportunities, recognize risks at an early stage and prepare companies innovatively for change.
By using modern tools, implementing agile methods and promoting a supportive corporate culture, management and controllers can establish planning as a strategic and innovative process. They create added value for a wide range of target groups in finance & controlling.
