Welcome to the ICV Sector Work Group Health Care Austria
As part of the International Association of Controllers (ICV), the Sector Work Group Health Care Austria is committed to promoting the topic of controlling in the Austrian health care sector. Our aim is to discuss and further develop controlling on both a theoretical and practical level and to strengthen its importance.
Controlling is taking on an increasingly central role in health care companies. It creates transparency and objectivity, provides the basis for successful corporate management and supports management decisions with well-founded analyses and key figures.
- Regular meetings: The members of the Work Group meet two to three times a year to exchange ideas, learn from each other and network.
- Annual conference: A special highlight is our annual public conference, which promotes the exchange between controllers and other management functions. It offers informative presentations, discussion panels and valuable networking opportunities.
The ICV Forum Health Care Austria as a controlling conference for the health care sector takes place every year at our invitation in the ultra-modern Vienna North Hospital, one of the most advanced hospitals in Europe. An integral part of the program are guided tours of the new hospital, which offer exciting insights into the modern infrastructure and working methods.
