Frankfurt School of Finance & Management invites you to the 9th Controlling & Performance Management Dialogue on June 30, 2025. The organizing centre is hosting the conference in cooperation with the International Association of Controllers (ICV).
The focus is on current developments in controlling and performance management, which will be discussed by experts from science and practice.
The event will kick off with a presentation on the results of a recent study by Deloitte and the CPMC on the effectiveness of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) in companies – presented by Vincent Maiorana (Deloitte) and Dr. Kim Louisa Dillenberger (CPMC).
Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich (CPMC) will then analyze how management concepts are changing due to macroeconomic uncertainties and what fundamental developments are emerging in controlling.
In a keynote speech, Daniela Bünger (CFO, Conet Technologies) will report on experiences from digital business practice and present new approaches to performance measurement and management.
The event will conclude with an expert talk in which representatives from companies, academia and the ICV will discuss key challenges and prospects for corporate management.
Daniela Bünger, Claudia Maron (DATEV, ICV) and Prof. Dr. Matthias Mahlendorf (CPMC) will take part in the panel discussion. Nils Gimpl (CPMC) will moderate it.
The program ends with a get-together on the Frankfurt School campus.
Participation in the event is free of charge.
