The winner of the ICV Controlling Excellence Award presents their project in detail and thus an excellent best practice solution from which the participants can learn and benefit for their own everyday work at the ICV Congress of Controllers on May 9. This practical approach is traditionally present in the entire agenda of the renowned Congress, which takes place on May 9/10, 2022 for the 46th time under the direction of the International Association of Controllers, this time under the motto "Knowledge for Tomorrow's Business". The largest expert meeting of the controlling community in Europe relies on the tried and tested mix of lectures, topic clusters and free space for discussions with the speakers, colleagues and experts from the field of corporate management over two days. The content focus of this year's Congress is on the burning topics of digitalization, sustainability and agility, whose aspects and implementation options for controlling are deepened in the topic clusters.
The face-to-face meeting in Munich's congress hotel The Westin Grand is the unique opportunity over the course of the year to comprehensively and deeply update oneself on controlling and corporate management over the course of two days. Top-class topics and speakers as well as interested participants from practice and teaching contribute their part. It is just as important for the ICV as an organizer with its around 6,000 members and more than 200 corporate members that everyone interested in controlling can meet and exchange ideas in person beyond the member network. The Congress of Controllers, which is also open to non-members, offers not only the breaks during the day's agenda, but also the Happy Hour and the Controllers’ Beer Garden with plenty of space and time to talk to old friends and new faces and thus the opportunity to strengthen your network sustainably.
Congress language is German – but there are two speeches in English.
