"Digital transformation" refers to the change process of companies caused by the extensive use of information and communication technologies. A roadmap for digital transformation should take two key perspectives from the perspective of controlling: the company-wide perspective "accompaning the digital transformation process" as well as the controlling-internal perspective "developing controlling further ".

Within the scope of "Digital Transformation", various topics are dealt with in these two perspectives.
