  • 3:30 - 4:15 pm: Modern Risk-Management and Controlling - a usecase. Pascal Speicher shows a comprehensive System, built up at Villeroy and Boch during the last years
  • 4:15 - 5 pm:  Coffee break & Time for networking, learning from others: 'What's sophisticated Risk-Management and Controlling in your opinion?'
  • 5 - 5:30 pm:  Alexander Hein shows examples of proven cross-departmental FP&A solutions and discusses their benefits and problems with the attendees
  • 5:30 - 6 pm: Free networking, discussions, learning from others, 1:1 - end of the expert group DCC meetup
