| | Controllers Training Program in five stages is designed for Controllers from all over the world, of course even from German speaking countries. We continuously improve our program to meet today’s requirements and prepare for future challenges to come. Some changes you will recognize in our brochures or homepage: Lately we included Process Mining, Robotic Process Automation and Monte Carlo simulation in stage II or Business Model Generation – CANVAS in stage 5. There are, of course a couple more changes and improvements you might be able to detect. As we say: step by step to Controlling Excellence. |

| | ”Digitalization, robotization and business intelligence in controlling” is the title of the ICV International Conference, "Controlling Intelligence Advantage - CIA 2018". On December 3-4, 2018 in Poznan, Poland, the largest controlling event in Central and Eastern Europe will take place: over 250 participants will listen to 6 lectures, an 60 minute discussion panel, 6 thematic sessions with 12 expert speeches. Chairman of the ICV Board Prof. Dr. Heimo Losbichler will give a key-note speech. For English speaking participants a simultaneous translation will be provided. |

| | “Controlling of Start-Up Initiatives” is the current topic of our ICV Think Tank. On Sept. 20th the ICV thought leaders met in the premises of Horváth & Partners in Stuttgart. Impulses for lively discussions came from highly interesting practical reports from the Bosch Group, the Commerzbank Group and Viessmann. |
