| | On September 7th, 2018, the 6th Sino-German Controlling Forum "Controlling for Sustainability" will take place in the Suzhou Pan Pacific Hotel. Keynote speeches will be given by Mr. Carsten Arntz, CFO, SAIC Volkswagen, and by Mr. Alexander Tobdert, CFO, Kern-Liebers (Taicang). This event is a joint event co-organized by International Association of Controllers ICV and CA Controller Akademie and other partners. |

| | ”Digitalization, robotization and business intelligence in controlling” is the title of the ICV International Controlling Conference, "Controlling Intelligence Advantage - CIA 2018". On December 3-4, 2018 in Poznan, Poland, the largest controlling event in Central and Eastern Europe will take place: over 250 participants will listen to 6 lectures, an 60 minute discussion panel, 6 thematic sessions with 12 expert speeches. Chairman of the ICV Board Prof. Dr. Heimo Losbichler will give a key-note speech „Controlling and the role of controllers in tomorrow’s digital business“. For English speaking participants a simultaneous translation will be provided. |

| | As our ICV corporate member the Hackett Group Germany informs, in the 2017 financial year German large companies were able to “slightly improve” their working capital, i.e. their current assets. The statement is based on a new study examining 1,000 European companies (excluding finance and insurance sector), including 134 German companies. |
