| | Exciting lectures await the ca. 600 visitors of this year's ICV Controller Congress (April, 23rd/24th, Munich) right on the first morning of the event: Siemens CFO, Dr. Ralf P. Thomas, will start. Then Michael Heyne ("Controlling as a key instrument in the restaurant market") will know how to draw attention: he - a young German - developed a fast-food restaurant chain with 20 branches, 450 employees and 18 million dollars in sales in US. And Thorsten Jekel (“Sales controlling the future - From retrospective to proactive sales management with artificial intelligence”) shows the participants how they can take advantage of the opportunities of digital transformation. The ICV Regional Delegate South-East Europe, Dragica Erčulj, is now preparing to set up a new WG Serbia. The Office informs the ICV members in Serbia that for the transitional period Dragica Erčulj and the Office are their direct contacts and that the ICV membership is handled through the Office in Germany. |

| | On March 13th, 2018, nearly 30 participants coming from German business community in Shanghai and neighboring cities attended the two-hours evening event jointly organized by German Chamber Shanghai (GC Shanghai) and China Controlling Online Community (CCOC) / ICV China. For CCOC/ICV China, it was the first “joint event” organized in close co-operation with GC Shanghai.
