The study shows that total remuneration has increased in 2023 compared to the previous year. <\/p>\n<p>The study analyzes the linking of bonus payments to financial and non-financial targets and sheds light on the time spent on performance appraisals in controlling.<\/p>\n<p>Particular attention is paid to multi-rater systems as a new method of performance assessment and their dissemination among
