The white paper from the Green Controlling expert group in the International Controller Association (ICV) highlights the key aspects of green controlling and sets out ten theses that serve as guidelines for integrating ecological and social objectives into corporate management. These theses include the strategic anchoring of sustainability goals, the operationalization of the sustainability strategy and the necessity of quantitative data for effective controlling. <\/p>\n

The publication is the result of long-term discussions and develops concrete implementation approaches to promote integrated and goal-oriented controlling in the area of sustainability.
