Joh Doerr, the inventor of the OKR system, has created a method that not only measures performance but also promotes a culture of innovation in companies. <\/p>\n<p>We look at the development and implementation of OKRs in German start-ups, which companies are already using them successfully and what advantages this management technique offers.
