DGfMC Fall Symposium: Insights for Everyday Medical Controlling<\/h1>\n

For nearly three decades, the German Society for Medical Controlling has been hosting its Fall Symposium. This ICV partner event provides a platform for knowledge transfer, exchange, and networking in the field of medical controlling.\r\n\r\nSpeakers provide practical insights into current developments, highlight concrete solutions, and foster direct dialogue with medical controllers. Under the theme \u201cI Will Survive \u2013 Survival Strategies in the (Bureaucratic) Jungle,\u201d<\/b> the 26th Fall Symposium of the German Society for Medical Controlling will take place on October 5 and 6, 2026, in Frankfurt am Main.<\/p>\n

The 2026 Fall Symposium will be held as an in-person event in Frankfurt am Main.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s Fall Symposium once again offers a diverse and up-to-date program. Topics range from new developments in case law and insights into the sepsis quality assurance process to staffing levels, medical cost management, and clinical management.<\/p>\n

Other key topics include the use of artificial intelligence to improve efficiency in hospitals, current reform efforts, and the latest developments in the DRG system. Speakers from academia, the field, and the political arena will provide insights and inspiration for day-to-day work.<\/p>\n

In addition to the specialized presentations, the Fall Symposium provides an opportunity for exchange, networking, and discussion. The event concludes with a panel discussion on the future of hospital reform.<\/p>\n
