Demographic change is already having a noticeable impact on finance and controlling departments: vacancies remain unfilled, the average age in many teams is rising and, at the same time, the need for data- and AI-savvy skills is growing. The new DREAM-CAR report from the ICV 2025\/2026 ideas workshop addresses precisely these developments.<\/p>\n

The Internationaler Controller Verein e.V. (ICV) has published a practical guide entitled “Ensuring controlling excellence despite demographic challenges”<\/strong>, which shows how companies and controlling organizations can respond to these structural changes.<\/p>\n
