We look forward to seeing you!<\/div>        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n          <div class=\"typo-body text-element max-w-3xl align-center mx-auto\">\n        <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <strong>Expert Work HR Controlling <\/strong>aims to sustainably strengthen the understanding and effectiveness of HR controlling as a strategic management tool within the company. The focus is on: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the systematic classification of terms (e.g. HR controlling, HR analytics, strategic workforce planning, personnel cost planning),<\/li>\n<li>Bridging the gap between HR and controlling through integrated management models, data structures, roles and organization,<\/li>\n<li>the further development from classic personnel controlling (cost monitoring) to proactive, forward-looking workforce management along the entire employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire),<\/li>\n<li>the use of practice-oriented tools such as an ICV maturity model (self-assessment), an ICV roadmap and concrete best practices and business cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another key concern is for HR to develop a deeper understanding of the business impact of its measures &#8211; and for Controlling to recognize the strategic relevance of HR topics for corporate management and take active responsibility for them.
